• Use an anti-fog spray
• Cool your face before swimming
• Spitting in your goggles, or licking the inside of the lens

 

HOW TO STOP SWIM GOGGLES FROM LEAKING?

• Suction the goggles to your eyes before swimming
• Get a good angle on the head straps. Tighten it
• Make sure no gaps exist between the seal and your eyes
• Wear swim goggles beneath a swim cap will keep them more firmly in place against your head
